Sid Miller

Ag Commissioner Master of Ceremonies

Farmer, rancher, Christian, world-champion rodeo rider and life-long Texan Sid Miller is currently serving as the twelfth Commissioner of the Texas Department of Agriculture. Born in De Leon, Texas in 1955, Sid graduated with honors from Tarleton State University with a B.S. in Vocational Ag Education. In addition to 25 world championships in rodeo, he is a respected horse breeder and trainer. He and his wife of 46 years, Debra, have two sons, two daughters-in-law, and five grandchildren. They are active members of the Cowboy Church of Erath County, where Commissioner Miller also serves as an elder.

Throughout his career, Sid Miller has remained dedicated to serving the people of Texas and advancing the interests of agriculture. His passion for the industry and commitment to rural communities continue to shape his leadership as Texas Agriculture Commissioner.

Before he was elected Agriculture Commissioner in 2014, 2018 and re-elected in 2022, Mr. Miller was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2000 where he quickly earned a reputation as a staunch defender of Texas agriculture, constitutional freedoms, and individual liberties for all Texans. A gifted orator and conservative leader, Mr. Miller continues to inspire everyone he meets.

Steve Munisteri

Senior Advisor to Governor Abbot

A consummate political professional and grass roots Republican leader, attorney Steve Munisteri has been a senior advisor and policy director for Governor Greg Abbott since December 2020. He was elected three-times to the position of Chair of the Republican Party of Texas and under his leadership the number of republicans elected statewide increased from 2470(45%) to 3660(67%) – an all-time record! He is a 51-year veteran of Republican campaigns including 13 Presidential campaigns.

Mr Munisteri also knows President Donald J Trump very well! He served as deputy assistant to the president and deputy director for the Office of Public Liaison in the Trump administration before leaving the administration in 2019 to help run the 2020 re-election campaign of Texas Senator John Cornyn.

Early in his career, Munisteri served as state chairman of the Texas Chapter of Young Americans for Freedom and founded the Young Conservatives of Texas (YCT) in 1980.  Munisteri stepped down as party chairman to join U.S. Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky as a senior advisor to Paul’s 2016 presidential campaign. He is a former State Chairman Young Texans for Reagan and Co-founder of the Volunteer Engagement Project.

Mr Munisteri will engage and enlighten us as we Keep Texas Red and Save America Again in the all-important upcoming November election.
